  1. Just wanted to let u know I have had fibro since 1976, since before it had a name and they told u it is in your head. I would like to be able to read your pages. It is almost 1am can’t sleep because of the pain even after pain meds,I would like to leave my body to science if I knew anyone doing a study on fibro.

  2. This makes my heart so happy…more than you can imagine. I do apologize I did not get back to you sooner. But I hope you’re still doing better and I hope to continue to be an encouragement to you. Gentle Hugs! And God bless!

  3. I just found this website on Facebook. I to am suffering from Fibromyalgia & chronic pain. It’s been about 8 years since I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia and longer for the chronic pain. When I was diagnosed not a lot was known about the disease like it id today. I am in pain every day, but I get through each day with the love of our Heavenly Father.Without him I know I wouldn’t be able to cope with this disease and the pain. My husband is very supportive of me & understands what I’m going through. Before he hugs me, he asks if it’s okay to do it because he doesn’t want to hurt me. He tenderly but lightly hugs me each morning as he goes to work. These hugs have helped me get through the days. I hope to find friends here to share in our hopes, dreams & faith. I hope to learn from these friends and share our stories. Thank you for creating this website. God Bless you each & every day.

  4. You are a lifeline.
I wanted to give up several times
But since I found you on fb I don’t feel hopeless alone and like no one understand. I have not written any goodbye letters anymore and I have stopped collecting meds. And i can even help others (suicide watch)
I owe you my life .

  5. I have been reading the posts here for quite some time and have only posted a comment once but today I wanted to share. I just came from seeing my Fibro doctor and for the second time at the beginning of the appointment he asked me if I still followed a gluten free diet which I replied yes. The last time I saw him he explained that there may be a correlation between the inflammation and pain and allergies. He told me today that he was extremely pleased with my progress and felt that following a gluten free diet has helped me. I do take 25 mg. of medication twice a day and rarely experience debilitating pain like I originally had three years ago. I began my diet due to other issues after my fibro diagnosis, so roughly around the same time. I hope this helps some of you out there. I am not a doctor and do not pretend to be. Good luck and have a great day!
